1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return please:

We Will Accept Refunds For:
- Delayed Orders
- Beyond the stated delivery timeframe without tracking updates
- No Delivery
- Orders that are lost in transit or marked as delivered, but not received (subject to carrier investigation).
- Products Damaged
- Orders that arrive broken, defective or with visible damage.
- Incorrect or Missing Items
- Orders that have a wrong product, missing parts, or incomplete orders.

Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
2. Refunds
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:
- Items arrived damaged or defective.
- The incorrect item was sent.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Digital products or gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
